Bowling With Us
Clacton Indoor Bowls Club is available for both Members and Non Members to play bowls. A membership form can be downloaded below or pop into the club where someone will be happy to assist you.
We have an initial Joining Fee of £25.00, and a £5.00 annual fee which provides you with a locker and entrance door card. These fees are payable along with the Annual £70 Subscription at the same time.
Never bowled before, don’t worry as we have a scheme whereby you can just pay £10.00 and have 3 x 2 hour bowls lessons on the rink to see if the game is for you. If you then decide to join the club, the above fees will apply. Click below to download our application form.
After joining, Members are encouraged to further participate by joining the Novice League where they will be playing with other new bowlers, and are also encouraged take part in friendly weekend games against other clubs. This is a good way to raise your game level in a friendly environment. Meals are generally taken after these games which makes for a good fun day at the club.
We also have an assortment of in house leagues for Men, Ladies and Mixed teams which we would encourage you to join.
Our fees for membership and playing are detailed below; all memberships run from 1st September to 30th August of the following year.

Open Days
Open Days to the public are held during the year to encourage more members of all ages to join the club, please look out for dates in the local paper and here on the website. With the help of our experienced Coaches and Senior Members, prospective Members soon understand the art of bowling.
